Would you like to gently increase your flexibility balance, coordination, and lung capacity through mindful Tai Chi-style standing balance, and graceful and breath movements?  Time spent down on the mat will be limited  – or none at all if you wish,

If you have any conditions (for eg: Parkinson’s or arthritis) this class is for you.
