A series of 4 classes booked in a block to introduce you to the practice of Kundalini yoga and its breathwork, postures, mantras, and meditations.

These classes will be your springboard to joining regular classes with confidence and teach you an amazing yoga practice that has enormous benefits for everyone. You can explore the 4 classes and find out why so many LOVE Kundalini yoga. More and more are turning to Kundalini yoga as it provides practice with a variety – movement, breathwork, spiritual learning, chanting, stillness, and gong sound relaxation to end. Your 75 minute class will whiz by!

All genders benefit – men benefit from building strength through a Kundalini yoga practice and learning how their body regenerates on a cellular level and detoxifies.

Women experiencing menopausal symptoms benefit from Kundalini yoga postures that work with our lymph glands and hormonal flow.

Everyone benefits from 3rd chakra navel work and 5th chakra chanting. We are living in a body to experience our time here on earth. Do something amazing for yourself.

Kundalini yoga is about growing awareness and finding out how your body can be your best friend, how you can love yourself, and through a renewed flexibility of body and mind, working with intention postures and the divine gift of your own breath, live a fuller life of creativity and joy.
