6-8th October 2023 – Joyful October Retreat in Yorkshire at YogaSpace Yorkshire.
Early bird Booking prices until 31st August 2023
This kundalini yoga retreat will have an excursion to a private stretch on the River Tees (3o mins drive) for wild cold swimming. We will build a fire at the campfire, toast marshmallows, and drink tea/hot chocolate
A retreat to elevate spirits, nourish mind-body, meet new people, discover the uplifting aspect unique to Kundalini yoga, and, reconnect with your spirit. This weekend intends to help you find your highest vibration and purpose. A weekend to renew, reflect and relax. Gift yourself time. Gift yourself a sacred pause from your daily life, when you join this weekend. If you have a project or fresh intention you wish to create, and manifest, this is the weekend to bring it to the altar of your yoga mat and time of sacred pause.
The yoga is accessible to all – if you are new to Kundalini yoga you are also welcome. You should be able to do gentle movements but knowledge of yoga is not necessary.
Rest and relaxation are vital aspects of allowing time to know what your heart truly desires. We have 160 private acres of woodland, pasture, and parkland. You will have the opportunity to visit our private Stone Circle and swim in our indoor pool and explore our walled garden imbued with a meditative calm and serene beauty. What could be nicer than unwinding in one of our woodland hot tubs? Use the time and space to harness your inner energy and carry you forward with purpose and clarity.
Patrick Brompton Hall is a grand home set on expansive grounds. Inside, there are spacious graceful bedrooms, and cozy sitting spaces, with real fires. We have two sunny yoga studios, (all yoga equipment provided) and an elegant dining room. You can explore more on the www.patrickbromptonhall.com website. The property is surrounded by private gardens and has an outdoor hot tub perfect for soaking in on a chilly evening. Patrick Brompton Hall is a 1703 Grade II* Historically listed house set in beautifully landscaped grounds. Step into a Jane Austen world for a weekend.
The retreat takes place over a weekend and includes a number of carefully designed yoga sessions and meditation/chant gong, ceremonies, and rituals. There will be plenty of free time.
