 Emma Ropner leads YogaSpace Yorkshire retreats and this weekend Emma is accompanied by three local guest facilitators. All retreat weekends include the following: sound healing with Emma’s two planetary healing gongs, and Emma’s very special (and best) Kundalini yoga series.

This weekend Emma is joined by:

Guest facilitators living locally in the Dales -Jinny White, Sam Rye, and Dr. Amanda Wild.

Reiki and massage/healing with crystals therapist Rachel Summers.

Emma’s retreats explore themes woven through the weekend. During this weekend we will appreciate the Spring season’s return of abundance and green lush beauty. Our excursion out for a Dales walk will be about “sensory activities, thoughtful moments, and the chance to breathe and relax the mind while enhancing the senses through weather, sky, birdsong, flora and the rocks beneath us, the environmental factors we all experience, and will be slowing down to experience on this special walk.”

Rest and relaxation are vital aspects of allowing time to know what your heart truly desires. We have 160 private acres of woodland, pasture, and parkland. Retreats often include a visit to our private Stone Circle, and opportunities to swim in our indoor pool and enjoy a reflective moment of peace in our walled garden imbued with a meditative calm and serene beauty.  What could be nicer than unwinding in one of our woodland hot tubs? Use the time and space to harness your inner energy and then let this carry you forward with purpose and clarity.

Stay in Grade II* listed Historic House Association home that is also a family home.

Patrick Brompton Hall is a grand home set on expansive grounds. Inside, there are spacious graceful bedrooms, and cozy sitting spaces, with real fires. We have two sunny yoga studios, (all yoga equipment provided) and an elegant dining room. You can explore more on the www.patrickbromptonhall.com website. The property is surrounded by private gardens and has an outdoor hot tub perfect for soaking in on a chilly evening. Patrick Brompton Hall is a 1703 Grade II* Historically listed house set in beautifully landscaped grounds. Step into a Jane Austen world for a weekend.

The retreat takes place over a weekend and includes a number of carefully designed yoga sessions and meditation/chant gong, ceremonies, and rituals. There will be plenty of free time. If there are studio workshops scheduled these are always optional. Everything is optional, come and enjoy being here.

Early bird prices apply to shared rooms in the main house only

early bird prices are available until Feb 28th 2023 thereafter prices rise.

Early bird £475.oo  per person –  sharing a twin bedroom in the house

Thereafter £525.00

Single rooms £585 per person

One en-suite cottage with twin beds is available – contact me for the price – this cottage sleeps 2 but is available single occupancy if necessary.

*This retreat is a ‘women’s-only’ gathering except for those pregnant as activities may not be suitable for those who are.

Proposed Weekend Schedule (timings/activities may be amended if needed)

Therapies with Rachel start at 3pm – if you have a therapy booked for this time you may arrive in time for this (c. 2.45 pm)

All retreat activities are optional – however, please join in the yoga and walks if you can.

Friday 

Arrivals from 4 pm + tea/cake, orient yourself in the retreat space

5.15pm – Gather for the opening retreat circle in Studio Ananda followed by yoga

7.30pm – Supper

After supper there will be time to chat, rest, hot tub dip, or have a therapy time with Rachel.

Therapy times can be 30 minutes for a quick boost .

Saturday 

From 7.30 am Light refreshments in the dining room

8.20 am meet in Studio Ananda for

8.30 am gentle yoga with Emma

9.30 -hearty breakfast – stoke up for our walk today!

10.15am. Depart for our off-site Dales Walk with our packed lunches.

c. 4.30/5pm pm arrive back at PB Hall for a cuppa tea and cake.

6pm – yoga Nidra and Gong bath

7.15pm – supper

8.30pm – night mediation around the fire bowl outside Studio Ananda + hot drink

Sunday

7.30am – dining room light refreshments

Free time to sleep in, a therapy session swim, hot tub, walk on your own, etc.

9.20am gather in Studio Ananda

9.30 am yoga with Emma

11am  – brunch

Free time after  for therapies, swim, etc – or join a walk with Emma, Ginny Amanda, and Sam.

Departures by 3pm – enjoy the space.

Deposit Terms

A 30% deposit secures your place.

The deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to pay the balance and do not attend. However, from 31st  March onwards, see below.

Balance terms 

If booking within the 6 week period the entire cost of the retreat is due.

The 70% balance is due 6 weeks (31st  March 2023)  if you have paid your deposit you are liable for the balance if you have not withdrawn your interest, and must discuss how you transfer this booked place to a replacement guest or you must pay the full balance.

You can gift your place to an able person who can replace you or ask them to pay us the balance. Please consider your own travel insurance as we are not personal travel insurers and we cannot be responsible for refunding you if you are ill.

However, if we cancel you, (unlikely) we refund you entirely, deposit and balance.

We accept BACS payments only for retreat payments. We provide you with this when you ask to book.

What does your payment include?

Your payment includes all you need – accommodation, towels, bathrobe, etc, food, hot tea, and cold drinks yoga activities including props.

1. Transport to and from Patrick Brompton Hall

2. Your therapies with any therapist working that weekend.
