DESCRIPTION:Join Amy for this New Year reboot vibrant morning workshop of movement and dance at YogaSpace Yorkshire.\n\nDance for hundreds of years has given us a way to connect to our soul\, a way to celebrate and a way to create community without anything but our bodies\, sound and energy.\n\nThis workshop is an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in dance\, movement and yoga in a way that nourishes and opens your your heart\, connecting you to your soul in a unique way that can carry you into 2020.\n\nWe will go through yoga flows\, creative dance improvisations\, relaxation and meditation\, finishing by coming together for tea and biscuits.\n\nDance really is for everyone and no previous experience is needed you can take the workshop at your own pace\, always.\n\nStart the year as you mean to go on\, from the heart 💚\n\nThis workshop has limited spaces so please get in touch to book and ask as many questions as you may need.\n\nSaturday 4th January 2020\, 10-12noon\nYogaSpace Yorkshire\nInvestment £25\n\n  \nSpaces: 10 \nTime: 10-12am \nTea and refreshments follow. \n£25 \nBook direct with Amy \n
