SUMMARY:Tai Chi Taster Morning at YogaSpace Yorkshire with Alexandra
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us for a wonderful Tai Chi taster on 9th November 10-11.30am at YogaSpace Yorkshire (Patrick Brompton Hall). \nIt will be a glorious morning of tea\, chatter and Tai Chi. If you’ve never done Tai Chi before please come along and give it a go. \nThe cost of the session will be £10 which includes yogi tea\, question and answer session with Alexandra and a lovely gentle class incorporating Tai Chi and yoga postures.
