DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening where we honour the last Solstice of our decade. Yogi Bhajan taught that the serum in our bodies changes for 10 days from the solstice and generates huge power and energy which we can harness to work for our benefit. \nWe will move\, chant\, meditate\, work with dark and light\, fire\, ritual and ceremony\, intention and the YogaSpace Yorkshire gongs – Chiron and Mercury. \nExpect to be outside\, beside our fire and enjoying the private garden and side of the house.
