SUMMARY:Summer Solstice Celebration Cacao Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Summer Solstice Celebration Cacao Ceremony 14th June 2024\nJoin Emma at Yogaspace Yorkshire on Friday 14th June 2024 to honour the midpoint vibrational energy of our yogic year. Summer solstice is when the sun is at its highest\, lightest and longest power and the sun is our human battery. \nSarah Woodhouse from The Wash House Northumberland yoga studio will lead the cacao ceremony itself. \nEmma and Sarah are qualified Kundalini yoga teachers with KRI schools of training and offer authentic Kundalini yoga practise with integrity to the teachings – between them they have 15 years of Kundalini yoga experience. Both Emma and Sarah support the spiritual growth of women as they rise up during the Aquarian Age and birth into their fullest potential. \nTheir last residential retreat was in March 2024 and the next retreat is in November (22-24th ) 2024 in Northumberland. \nPlease attend this ceremony knowing you are able to consume plant medicine – and have no medical contra indications – check with your doctor if you are not sure. \nThis event will be held in the YSY Walled Garden\, weather permitting. \nJoin us as we honour the midsummer Solstice energies with a fabulous event.\nCacao is an ancient plant that allows us to relax and access realms of higher consciousness – or merely to experience a kind\, calm way of being. The experience is usually unique and supportive for health and healing\, but no promises made. \nSarah’s homemade cacao is made from highest ceremonial grade shamanic cacao. We also enjoy some gentle movement and a music soundscape.\nAfterwards\, we have a cuppa and chat\, and you are invited to bring your a contribution to our sharing tea picnic in the walled garden.\nWe will make the cacao from Almond milk.
