DESCRIPTION:Sunday August 11th 2019 – 10am – 4pm with tea afterward the final practice so the day may end around 5pm. \nJoin Pam and Emma for a day retreat at Patrick Brompton Hall\, the home attached to YogaSpace Yorkshire studio. \nThe day will be rewarding for your body and mind and includes an extended session of pilates in the morning\, a shorter physical practice with a mediation in the afternoon\, and closing with a yoga nidra with gong bath experience. \nWe will pamper you with a smoothie on arrival\, bathrobes\, an indoor pool\, gardens and grounds to explore or merely sunbathe\, a nutricious and filling lunch\,  and before departure you will be served delicious cakes and teas. Throughout the day there will be unlimited herbal teas and water.
