DESCRIPTION:Summer Solstice Retreat Day \nIn-Person Events to promote fabulous inner radiance. \nAll our retreats with Emma Ropner\, both day or residential\, will have some or all of the following: sound healing with Emma’s two planetary healing gongs\, Emma’s very special (and best) Kundalini yoga kriyas\, Emma’s unique Sankalpa yoga Nidra incorporating gong\, mindful activities\, the opportunity to swim in our indoor pool or streams\, explore our private woodland walks and gather around our very own private mini-stone circle.\nThe landscapes of a historic estate including a walled garden\, are also yours to explore. \nJoin Emma and Kimberley and yogic/spiritual friends at YogaSpace Yorkshire to honour this lightest and longest of days\, the highlight of the yogic calendar. \nYoga\, ritual\, fire\, and solstice food.  10 am prompt start – 5 pm \nLed by Emma and nourished by Kimberley \nThis event will honour the Earth and the seasons at the mid-point of summer\, a time to honour ourselves and renew our goals and dreams\, to create a plan ‘with great purpose’ for the months that lead us on to the Winter Solstice.
