Led by experienced yoga teacher and host Emma Ropner, with expert Dales walking guide Jinny White and holistic healer Laura Hamblyn (energy healing, chakra work, meditation and tarot).

Sample Weekend Schedule
Friday: Arrive, settle in, circle/group activity evening yoga, supper, night meditation with gong.
Saturday: Morning yoga, brunch, guided Dales walk with picnic, return to venue for tea and relaxation (pool, hot tub, cold plunge) then supper followed by an evening group studio session appropriate to the day.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, pilgrimage walk to the sacred stones to include our group closing circle, lunch, 2pm departures.
Group healing session with Laura included – plus one-to-one sessions with Laura (extra payment required direct to Laura if chosen).

All include hotel standard bedding, towels, bathrobes, all meals (vegetarian/vegan), snacks, drinks, yoga sessions and guided walks.
