Why choose this weekend?
Winter is a season of hibernation and a time that invites you to look inward. Spring is a time to emerge outwards with fresh intentions and a lighter heart. Emma invites you to spend a weekend in the peace and quiet of the Yorkshire countryside to enjoy the fresh daylight and her special Kundalini yoga series, absorb the sound healing from the deep vibrations from two planetary gongs, and our cook will nourish you with fresh and beautiful vegetarian meals.
Say yes to you
Say yes to supporting yourself, raising your vibration, and rebooting your human software (neural pathways) over the weekend as we explore transformative practices offered by Kundalini yoga. This is THE yoga for creating change and harnessing your personal power through postures aligned with your intention and your breath. This retreat helps us make a shift, a cosmic leap into the abundance of our universe, and, find inner solace and peace. Spend this weekend with a lovely group of women all seeking to renew, refresh, and RELAX.
Kundalini yoga is amazing for everyone
The yoga is accessible to all – if you are new to Kundalini yoga you are also welcome. You should be able to do gentle movements but knowledge of yoga is not necessary.
We boast an abundance of nature here
Rest and relaxation are vital aspects of allowing time to know what your heart truly desires. We have 160 private acres of woodland, pasture, and parkland. Retreats usually include a visit to our private Stone Circle, and opportunities to swim in our indoor pool, and enjoy a reflective moment of peace in our walled garden imbued with a meditative calm and serene beauty. What could be nicer than unwinding in one of our woodland hot tubs? Use the time and space to harness your inner energy and then let this carry you forward with purpose and clarity.
Stay in Grade II* listed Historic House Association home that is also a family home.
