Silent Restoration: The Still State
75 minutes – 60 minutes inner settlement, 15 minutes Gong Meditation
This session gently shifts the nervous system toward parasympathetic calm, inviting softening rather than effort and presence over performance.
We begin with a brief spiritual, sacred, or poetic reading chosen by Emma to open the contemplative field, followed by complete silence held in candlelight and firelight.
Participants are free to choose their posture and mode of inwardness—seated, reclining, standing, meditating, or journalling—allowing the body to self-select the conditions for release.
There is no guided movement, no expectation—only a protected space for the nervous system to rest deeply from external stimuli: digital, musical, and spoken.
The session concludes with fifteen minutes of resonant gong, its vibrations integrating the preceding stillness and gently guiding the return to the world.
