Spend a spring weekend in the Yorkshire Dales at historic Patrick Brompton Hall, surrounded by open countryside and fresh green fields.
I look forward to welcoming a small group to share yoga, walking and time in the Dales during this beautiful spring season.
May in the Dales brings new growth across the landscape. Buds open, light moves across fresh leaves and birds fill the air with song.
Over the weekend you will move, breathe and rest within this landscape. Kundalini yoga awakens inner energy, fresh air fills the lungs, gong baths bring deep rest, and guided walks place you in direct contact with the land.
Each of us carries an inner green life nerve — a current of vitality harnessed or refreshed in alignment with time spent in nature, can gift us the time we need mid-year to rest, restore our strength, and laugh in good company. When we return to daily life we might (no promises but intended) think with more clarity, enjoy a more balanced nervous system, and live from our renewed spirit.
Perfect for all levels – no prior yoga experience needed. Suitable for beginners and regular practitioners seeking a refreshing spring getaway.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival from 4pm Friday 8 May
Departure by 2pm Sunday 10 May
Example of the Weekend Rhythm – Provisional, adjustments may be made where necessary.
Friday
Arrival, opening circle, evening yoga, supper and gong meditation.
Saturday
Morning yoga, brunch, guided Dales walk with picnic, afternoon relaxation (pool, hot tub, cold plunge), supper and evening studio session.
Sunday
Morning yoga, breakfast, pilgrimage walk to the Sacred Stones for our closing circle, lunch and departure.
A group healing session with Laura is included. Optional one-to-one sessions can be booked directly with Laura during the weekend.
Accommodation (now remaining)
Shared twin room – only 2 remain – from £450pp (lowest rate was £525))
Single rooms: 0 remain (£565pp)
All prices include accommodation, hotel standard sheets/bathroom towels included, bath robe, vegetarian meals (vegan options available), snacks, yoga sessions and guided walks.
Facilities include indoor pool, hot tub, cold plunge and access to the grounds.
Not included: travel to the venue and personal insurance.
Sample Weekend Schedule
Friday: Arrive, settle in, circle/group activity evening yoga, supper, night meditation with gong.
Saturday: Morning yoga, brunch, guided Dales walk with picnic, return to venue for tea and relaxation (pool, hot tub, cold plunge) then supper followed by an evening group studio session appropriate to the day.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, peaceful pilgrimage walk to the sacred stones to include our group closing circle, lunch, 2pm departures.
Group healing session with Laura included – plus one-to-one sessions with Laura (extra payment required direct to Laura if chosen).

A booking form will be sent for you to fill in to secure your place.
Secure your place with a 30% deposit. Travel insurance recommended. Balance is due closer to the retreat date usually 4-6 weeks before the actual date.
