A Spiritual Pharmacy event at YogaSpace Yorkshire
Taster sessions for Kundalini yoga (regulars also welcome)
Here’s the question. Is Kundalini yoga for you? What is it? How is it different from other yogas?
Here’s how I experienced it, so now I want to share this yoga with you.
After my first class all those years ago, I found myself asking, why do I feel so upbeat (#positive) and joyful afterward? What was that music played and I loved that beautiful breath and meditation? Gosh, I was able to feel so still, loved the rests between postures when one surrenders to the sacred space of the mat. OMG, the gong during relaxation was bliss. It was an experience I must feel and know again.
Kundalini yoga can help regulate the mind and uses the yogic tools to flood the body with helpful hormones (those stress-eating ones we need right now LOL) #gratitude Wahe Guru! (wow god…)
Will Kundalini yoga set you on fire at your first class?
Come and try, open to all levels except anyone pregnant
