First meeting April 28th, 2021 – 6 pm for 60 minutes

We read The Well Gardened Mind by Sue Stuart-Smith

Join us to discuss this excellent book. Be part of YSY community and connection. Each month we will discuss a spiritual or yogic text. As we move through spring and on into summer months, this book is inspiration and wisdom about how planting, tending, weeding digging and chopping, are all aspects that benefit the mind and the neural plasticity in the brain. Yoga ‘off the mat and in the soil’ – our yoga is a parallel practice with gardening – come and explore this book to know why.
