Outline Retreat Schedule (approx. times)
Saturday 20 November 2021
Arrive 9.45 am – for Covid health check individual lateral flow tests (thank you for co-operation to keep the group bubble safe)
9.45 am – welcome refreshments in the dining room.
10.15/30 am – Opening circle/meditation
Retreat theme yoga/somatic yoga
1pm – Lunch
2.30 pm – Optional afternoon activities:
- a) There is the option for choice: Mindful Walk to Stone Circle (Emma and Charles) – and then fire, chants and dance.
If you don’t wish to take part in this activity you may remain at the house and enjoy the activities below.
- b) Indoor Swimming, Private Somatic sessions with SatGuru – options to take an outdoor walk.
- C) if you came by car, you may venture out to explore a local place – you are not a prisoner here!
Afternoon teas, fresh fruit, and cake will be available for self-serve in the dining room.
5 pm – Gather for our second session in the studio.
7. 30 pm Supper will be served
Bring your own wine/alcohol to this event if you wish.
Optional: Retire to bed, rest, or gather around the fire brazier outside to chat, share stories and drink herb teas before we retire to bed.

From 8 am -cooked breakfast + Herb teas/teas, coffee in the dining room (self-serve)
Morning swim (optional) Your optional walk around the park or grounds, retreat for a private silent meditation in the walled garden (self-directed).
Or Lie In and snooze!
10 am – Workshop Session with Emma/SatGuru – retreat theme/ceremonial,
11 am – Yoga
12.30 pm: –Lovely Sunday lunch
By 2 pm: all departures
All timings/schedules are subject to slight alterations due to the weather or the individuality of the retreat group.
£225 Shared Twin-bed Room in House +use of any house bathroom (bookable by two people who know each other)
£295 Single Room in House using any house bathroom
£395 King Double Bed Swanky En-suite cottage (Grooms Rooms) – price for one person using cottage
or £325 if two people share an en-suite cottage.
What we provide:
Accommodation, linen, bath towels, food, and herbal teas.
Shower gel only, hand soap, hand sanitizer at studio entrances.
White toweling bathrobes.
Unlimited herbal teas and some coffee, bring anything else you can’t personally survive without.

You are booking this retreat as you believe you are fit and able to practice yoga and have not been advised against yoga practices by your doctor. You declare you are not pregnant and can hear the gong being played.

Balance due: – 2 weeks before retreat date start.
Balance Terms: Cancel your balance payment before your 2 weeks payment due date before an event. Deposit kept, Balanced waived.
Balance Paid: You cancel with 14 days of the event – we can and will endeavor to sell your place from any waitlist but it is not our responsibility. You are responsible for the balance if your place cannot be filled. The balance will not be refunded.
If you are able to send an alternative retreat guest to us- the guest needs to be physically able to enjoy and participate in the weekend. we need to have the participant’s email and addresses and phone numbers and send them our Retreat Centre T&C to be signed.
