Yoga and brunch – Sunday 31st October 2021 10am -1pm

Please come and join us for a yoga and brunch morning –  menopause will be the focus but the lifestyle tips can benefit all women

Tips for: better sleep, foods that support women, breaths and movement that increases glandular health.

Come wearing your relaxed clothing and bring:

a pen and notebook.

Yoga mat

shawl, blanket, eye pillow if you have one.

We can provide other props you might wish to use.

We will learn/discuss the topic prior to a yoga set that supports the theme.

The brunch by @pickledradishfeasts – our retreat chef Kimberley, will support the menopause theme.
