Yoga to Rejuvenate Workshop with Rachel Antill – your opportunity to meet Rachel or deepen your practice if you are already her student.
A yoga practice workshop to refresh body and mind, counter winter and post-festive blues and reboot your whole being with vigour and bounce.
9.30-11.30am Saturday 15 Feb 2020
This 2 hour workshop with Rachel is the perfect opportunity to refresh mind and body and counteract any mid-winter blues during early February.
Rachel to chose a series of warm-ups and postures that aid digestive function, cleansing of internal organs, and aid the lymphatic system. You will leave feeling light, fresh vigour in your step, and balanced.
Rachel is our most experienced yoga teacher at YSY and has drawn from her 20 years + experience as a yoga teacher to create this workshop. You will benefit from this knowledge when she leads you through warm ups followed by a series of postures and movements to aid digestive function. Rachel plans to gently encourage cleansing of the internal organs and teach you a breath called Mukha bastrika.
There will be the joy of Sun salutations to raise heat and pulse and finally, inversions to aid the lymphatic system.
When you book you will be sent Rachel’s dietary guidelines for food before and after the event.
