Softer Sunday Practice @YogaSpace Yorkshire: Tools For Better Sleep

Join Emma in candlelit studio Ananda for a deep slower Kundalini yoga practice that will include pranayama, movement, meditation, and of course, end with the magic of a gong bath. The sessions will be food for our souls, whilst soothing frazzled nervous systems, and will focus on a whole-self sense of wellbeing.
Each Softer Sunday practice will be themed around a topic offering various ways we can regulate/self-parent ourselves now that life seems to be an endless curveball of existential questions.
This sleep session offers yogic/lifestyle tools with the intention to relieve bedtime/night time anxiety.
First Session: 13th December 2020 Theme: Sleep hacks: tools for going to sleep, staying restful, night-waking.
