Sound baths at YogaSpace Yorkshire
Pop- Up Sound bath dates at our studio are offered by Mike or Emma
Mike offers the sound bath experience with a range of sound instruments; copper and crystal bowls, chimes, one gong, shaking sounds etc. These are delivered by experienced Mike in a beautifully crafted well-rounded hour to take you on a journey.

29th Sept – 6.30-7.30. £14

Emma offers pure gong baths – playing two planetary gongs plus one crystal bowl and wind chimes and these suit those of you who love to go deep into the sound immersion of one kind of instrument.
Friday 13th Oct will have yoga Nidra before the gong immersion, and a pure gong bath will be announced for November. £12

You should be able to be comfortable lying down supported by props and warm blanket for an hour. Please let us know if you wish to sit on a chair.
