YSY Hatha class is an accessible hatha yoga practice to rebalance the nervous system, nourish the body and calm the mind. Relaxation, asana and a short guided meditation or pranayama practice to finish the class.
The class is suitable for a range of abilities and experiences, including beginners.
Although demonstrations are used, you will be mostly guided verbally into, through, and out of the postures.
The practice is subtle and classical in approach with a focus on the therapeutic release of tension, developing posture and use of the breath, as well as strengthening and toning the body.
