YSY Hatha class is an accessible hatha yoga practice to rebalance the nervous system, nourish the body and calm the mind. Relaxation, asana, and a short guided meditation or pranayama practice to finish the class.
The class is suitable for a range of abilities and experiences, including beginners.
Although demonstrations are used, you will be mostly guided verbally into, through, and out of the postures.
Places are limited so booking is essential.
